The location is close to the resort center, but the room was far below the site’s description, with worn, uncomfortable mattresses, very old furniture, a broken sofa, no insect screens on the windows, and communicating with the reception lady was almost impossible.

I liked that it was clean, the staff were very courteous, it was a quiet spot, and a large supermarket was very close while the center was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the spa center wasn’t operating (though I admit I should have checked the notice), but overall the stay was pleasant, and I would gladly return in winter to enjoy the spa again.

The welcome was friendly. Michala and Maria were courteous, patient, and treated us wonderfully, helping with everything we needed. The view from the window was stunning and soothing. Everything was fine.

Although the hotel is decorated with real wood, marble, and leather furniture and is truly elegant, it offers no service at all: they didn’t clean the room (a 4‑star hotel), didn’t change towels unless we asked at reception and had to fetch them ourselves, didn’t provide toiletries or toilet paper, the swimming pool was closed despite the booking listing it as open, they don’t offer breakfast even though it’s listed as optional, and the owner is very rude.
