White Olive Elite Rethymno

“A wonderful stay at White Olive Hotels ❤️”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay at White Olive Hotels, Greece! We had a lovely experience at White Olive Hotels. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who helped us a lot when we had a problem with our rental car. We truly appreciated his kindness and support. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome fruit basket. 🍎🍇 Although it rained for two days during our stay, the warmth of the staff and the positive energy throughout the hotel gave us such a wonderful vibe. We felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you for making our holiday special! We would definitely love to come back. ❤️

The room was clean, but the food was dull—every day rice, potatoes, and chicken. Service was almost non‑existent; anything you asked for was ignored. For a 5‑star elite hotel, this was unacceptable, so I’d give it only 3 stars. In the morning, if you’re not early, you won’t even find a pool lounger, and my complaint was ignored.

I was shocked to see this place listed with a 5‑star rating, yet we ended up staying at the Creta Palace, which truly lives up to that status. When I asked for a refund, the staff gave me a hard time, telling me not to discuss it with them and to go through the booking site, which apparently left the decision to the hotel. After a single day we checked out and moved to the Creta Palace.
