It was in a great spot, a basic Thai hotel but clean and comfortable. Nothing stood out; I’ve stayed in many Thai hotels over the years, some basic but fine, and this one fit that standard.

In the heart of Bang Niang Center, restaurants everywhere, and the beach is a 10‑minute walk from the hostel. Towels and sheets were dirty, the staff were odd, and the room was full of insects—geckos and the like. The door had a gap between floor and frame, letting geckos crawl in easily. The room needs a thorough cleaning. Only hand soap was provided and there was no hair dryer.

I was greeted warmly at the front desk, but the room above the bar was noisy and I only had a wall‑mounted TV stand instead of a full television.

There was no breakfast, not even coffee. The room was very small and had no storage space.
