Everything was impeccably arranged and I appreciated that all the drinks in the fridge were complimentary; when I called for extra bath towels they arrived instantly and every staff member was friendly. The only drawback was that service at the pool bar was a bit slow when I ordered a drink.

We didn’t try it because we were too busy, and there was nothing negative.

I liked the upscale feel, but it was a shame the room didn't offer a sunset view.

The place was spotless and felt very safe, yet the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and could use some voice‑tone training.

The room had a nice view, but the location was too far from shops and restaurants.
