The shared terrace offers a very nice view over the water and the local breakfast is served at the small café tables, and parking is free, but the hotel description should mention that there are 120 steps from the parking to the hotel and it is not handicap friendly; the terrace is an outdoor corridor with access to the other 3‑4 rooms/apartments, which is pretty, though a few hours could be spent leveling the small parking area and trimming bushes and trees.

The balcony offers a great view and always a nice breeze, the family is welcoming, and breakfast is good; we knew there were stairs, but we didn’t count 98 steps – it was a good cardio workout! 😄 The view made it worth it.

“Nos faltó tiempo, no nos faltó de nada 😄”

The stay was fantastic, with the host and his mother being delightful and attentive throughout. Everything we needed was provided and we felt right at home. A minor point to note: at night some sections of the access road are quite dark, so a bit more caution is needed when arriving at the apartment. Otherwise, there was nothing negative to mention—everything was perfect, the service excellent, and the experience very pleasant. 100 % recommend; we’d return without hesitation.

L'accueil sympathique et la proactivité d'Aleksandros et de sa famille. Aux petits soins et attentifs à la propreté des lieux quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Le logement neuf, confortable et bien pensé avec tous les équipements (dont la TV qui fonctionne, streaming compris) dont on peut avoir besoin. La vue imprenable sur le front de mer et les environs. Le jardin typiquement méditerranéen et le style grec de la propriété. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur la mer. Ça met de bonne humeur ! Le parking privé à disposition. L'emplacement à 10 min à pied du front de mer. The warm welcome and proactive service from Aleksandros and his family. They were very attentive and made sure the place was clean no matter what time of day it was. The brand-new, comfortable, and well-designed accommodation with all the amenities (including a TV that works, with streaming included) you could possibly need. The breathtaking view of the waterfront and the surrounding area. The typical Mediterranean garden and the Greek style of the property. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. It really puts you in a good mood! Private parking available. The location, just a 10-minute walk from the waterfront
