“Will never stay there again.”
No 2% milk and the juice machine was out of order. The location was convenient. It could have been cleaner; there were stains on the sidewalks in front of the room doors.

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and I liked the citrus mint lotion in the bathroom. The whole reason I booked this place was the indoor pool, but it was closed when we arrived and stayed closed the whole time. The elevator was broken for a few hours. We’re handicapped, so the stairs are unusable for us.

The room was dirty, with black mold above the shower.

I didn’t bother to check the breakfast. The facilities were not maintained, and the bed covers were stained.

I was shocked to find condoms in my bed, the staff moved us to another room, and there was a mess of feces under the bathroom door while the bedding was dirty.
