Everything was liked – clean, convenient, and the staff and management were attentive. I think the hotel could be upgraded to a higher category after some renovations, as it is a historic place and I would like to return.

We really liked the hotel's location. The hotel was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly.

I booked a room for my boss a week and a half before a corporate event, and the hotel confirmed the reservation without any comments or clarifications. The night before the trip, they told us the hotel was closed (the representative had mentioned this long ago), so we would have to check into another hotel. They never explained why an outdated property was used, why the booking was confirmed, or why they stayed silent all the way up to the day before departure, making it hard to find another place on such short notice during the holiday. Classic "Odessa humor."

The hotel has been completely non‑operational since 2014.
