A charming B&B full of personality; Sofia was a superb host, always on hand, eager to offer tips, and truly cared about guest comfort. Shops and restaurants are close by, and public transport is easily reachable. The only minor annoyance was a rooster crowing every morning, but that added to the house’s character.

“Ottimo soggiorno in un vero bed & breakfast”

A real Bed & Breakfast with a host who lives in the rooms next to the B&B, welcoming you and ready to help with any need. The location is great, just a few minutes by car from the main parking lots with elevators to the city center. The room and living area feature distinctive furnishings and are very cozy. The room has air conditioning, essential in July. There is free parking next to the entrance, and the bathroom is separate from the room but private and functional. The lighting is very well thought out. Sofia is extremely kind. If we ever return to Perugia, we will definitely consider staying here again. The breakfast could be improved with a few fresh bakery items, such as croissants or slices of cake, alongside the decent selection of packaged products.
