Breakfast was idyllic, set under a large awning in the backyard overlooking a vast green garden with not one, not two, but three friendly golden retrievers. We only stayed for the first night before heading to Nice, but it was a very pleasant and unexpectedly beautiful experience. Ludovica welcomed us warmly, and the stay was comfortable and refreshing. Everything was clean, and the bathroom is modern.

The owners are very kind and courteous. In the beautiful garden they grow magnificent lemons. The historic villa is charming but a bit decayed. In summer it feels too hot; on 13 August we suffered a lot because the property isn’t equipped for extreme summer climates.
