“Sehr erholsamer Urlaub im kinderfreundlichen Hotel”

We had a fantastic group holiday. The kids were offered an extraordinary amount of activities. The pool, beach, water park, all restaurants and facilities impressed us. The food selection is huge and of good quality. We would definitely return. The only drawback was the room – ours was noticeably worn, especially the bathroom. Also, there were no cosmetic towels in the room.

“Erholsame familienurlaub”

The beds were comfortable and the family room was spacious. The food could have been more varied, but there was plenty to choose from. The Hürrem Sultan a‑la‑carte and afternoon snack were amazing. The beach was beautiful and the beach bar great for drinks and chilling. The evening programmes were very entertaining and the live bands were top quality! We visited Haman twice (without a massage) and loved it. Everywhere there were cute cats, but they were not disruptive. The slide décor could have been more colourful. In the bathroom the seals had aged, the grey colour in the room felt rather stark; a warmer hue would have been nicer. The pool water was cool, so we only swam in the sea.

The hotel is quite large with plenty of entertainment and activities. I really enjoyed the buffet and the variety of food. We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room, couldn't sleep properly, and were often disturbed. We couldn't play tennis because it was paid and too expensive for us; it should at least be free for a trial for everyone.

“Un beau pays belle culture et belle accueil”

The complex is amazing and the food fabulous – everything was delicious. The taxi prices were exorbitant and if you order an Uber it can't enter the complex, so everything is filtered.
