The staff were helpful. There were cultural shows at dinner every evening. The location was excellent. We had a sea‑facing room with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the sea. Room service was slow. We misplaced the key to our room and were charged $40 for a replacement, which we thought was a lot.

The hospitality was great, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was amazing and close to the beach, and the buffet changed daily with good variety, but the bath towels were too small and needed replacement, and each day only one bottle of water was provided, though we could refill at meals.

The spot right in front of the beach, an amazing pool, and a very good buffet were highlights, but the outdoor air conditioning units in the rooms made a lot of noise.

The vanilla ice cream and the staff’s friendliness stood out, and when we had a cat allergy issue they resolved it for us.

The staff were very friendly, always polite and helpful, and the location is lovely. The mattresses were a bit firm, but we were given a different one, which was very considerate.
