I wanted a central, clean, and reliable spot before we hit the city at dawn, so this place fit the bill as a solid value hotel. The staff didn’t speak much English—rare in Bali—but it was enough to get by. The only hiccup was the lack of an elevator, since my room was on the 3rd floor, but that’s reasonable for the price.

I had a good stay at this hotel: the setting was pleasant, the room was tidy and spacious, very quiet, and the view from the room was nice. Mr. Putu was friendly and helpful.
