The bed was comfortable and the breakfast good, and the staff were polite. It was cold; the heating in our room was off. In the evening lounge it was very chilly, with people wearing coats and others grabbing blankets from reception. The place feels dated and needs refurbishing.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and I finally got the Earl Grey tea I love. As a disabled guest, the toilet felt cramped and I couldn’t access the bath or shower.
