The experience is truly authentic: the room is inside a real Uzbek family house, Barno and Islam. The hosts make you feel part of the family and are ready to meet every need; breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. Great location a few metres from the Mausoleum of Tamerlane and 10 minutes from Registan Square. The beds are too firm and the pillows too high for my taste. The bathroom is a bit small.

Barno is a person like we love. Very attentive, breakfasts change daily and let you discover local dishes. She did our laundry and her husband drove us to the bus station. A small guest house, quiet and near the main sights. The beds are not comfortable and the bathroom in our room is too small.

I can't imagine staying at a better guest house! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome. I felt like I was staying with family and that feeling grew each day. The room was spacious with plenty of room for my belongings and the bathroom was very clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was delicious and Barno happily prepared vegetarian food on request. The location feels very safe, as does everywhere I went in Samarkand (and Uzbekistan in general) and is very close to Registan Square. But the best thing about the guest house is definitely the wonderful hosts!

The hotel is within walking distance of all major sights. The room is clean and beautiful, has everything needed for a comfortable stay and a hassle‑free holiday. The hosts are wonderful, very friendly, attentive to every request. We felt at home.

The spot was spot on, just a short stroll to Registan Street and the main sights. The guest house had plenty of character and the hosts were just as charming. I got a big room with a street‑side window, and the breakfasts kept getting better each day – absolutely delicious. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped.
