“We have made a very good choice to choose this Ryokan. It’s so pleasant and refreshing.”
Dinner and Breakfast are excellent. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. None
This traditional lodging sits in a quiet town only a few train stops from great hiking on the Izu peninsula. The walk to the train station is short, making it a convenient base for a few days of exploration. Each room has a private bath, and the meals were very good. We stayed two nights, with different meals each day. The staff went out of their way to serve us an early breakfast on our last day to fit our schedule, which we really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Good Stay, Comfortable Stay”
The in‑room onsen was fantastic, very nice, and the futon was incredibly comfortable and warm. We also enjoyed the free drinks outside the onsen, especially the tasty coffee‑milk. The location was a bit hard to reach without a car, but it wasn’t a major issue.
“Best little ryokan”
The hospitality was incredible, with excellent breakfast and dinner options. The location is close to beautiful coastal spots, and the private open‑air baths in the rooms are absolutely lovely—perfect for someone who wants a hot spring experience but feels uneasy about public baths. Even though the staff spoke little English, they communicated well and were very accommodating. I didn’t find anything I disliked.
“Cozy boutique hotel”
This hotel is a luxurious boutique experience, and we used it for my dad’s 88th birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful to my elderly parents. Every room featured a nice private onsen bath and a public bath, and meals were served in individual rooms to preserve privacy. The food was excellent, though it might not be suitable for little kids. We will definitely return.
