G Empire

The staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here many times before and everything was great! In recent years I stayed elsewhere, but this time I decided to try G‑Imperia again. It was a complete letdown! The hotel has fallen apart and now it’s only 2 stars, no more. The rooms need repairs, the beds and towels are long overdue for replacement. I’m not picky about breakfasts, but here everything is bad, and compared to what it used to be, it’s just awful! The documents were prepared without a stamp and without a fiscal receipt, citing a Kaspi payment slip that isn’t fiscal.

I especially liked how we were welcomed so kindly and apparently without any conscience into a dirty room. That hospitality is top‑level! 👌🏼 The hotel is very dirty. There’s an unpleasant smell, the carpet has stains, the doors and handles are splattered, the walls are scuffed, and the furniture is in terrible condition. The room and bed have a bad odor. The impression is extremely negative.

An unbelievably attentive guy works at the reception! He helped with our stuff, we had left items in the room, he found my phone number and called! I just want him to get a bonus!

“Angenehm, ruhig, sauber. Gleich nebenan grosser Supermarkt”

The staff were super nice. The only issue was that some rooms were quite old, with dirty carpets and such, but fortunately we were able to switch rooms and ended up in a simple but very clean one.

They keep deleting my reviews. This place isn’t a hotel, it’s a scary movie – never go there if you want to keep your sanity. Everything is old and you feel like spraying chlorine everywhere. Terrible, honestly.
