When we arrived, no one greeted us at the hotel; it turns out the front desk is digital, so the lobby was unlocked with a wide-open door and there was no staff or security present. I called the listed phone number and a man answered, saying a boy would come in a moment. We waited about 15 minutes, called again, but still no one showed up. While I was talking to the man, another call rang on his phone; he told me to wait a bit, then hung up. A few minutes later, the front‑desk lady appeared, handed us the room key, and told us we had to pay in cash because she couldn’t use the POS terminal. She didn’t give us a receipt because the reception devices weren’t working. The hotel advertises a spa, but the door was locked and there was no power down there; given the overall hygiene, the spa must have been in worse condition. We returned late in the evening, the lobby door was wide open and there was no security inside, so anyone outside could access the rooms. The room’s door didn’t seal properly, forcing us to sleep with the air‑conditioner on to keep the room cool. Hot water took about 10‑15 minutes to start warming after we turned the tap on. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
