I was impressed by the attentive service and the wide range of options inside the hotel—pool, dance area, bar, restaurant—all of which let us eat and drink right by the pool ❤️ I have no complaints.

I was thoroughly impressed by the spotless facilities and rooms, which were meticulously maintained to make me feel right at home. The shared kitchen and rooftop terrace were lovely touches. However, there were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect score.

My experience at this hotel was excellent, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the ease of getting transportation to anywhere in Tarapoto. Although the hotel was a bit out of the way, it wasn't a major issue for me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff, delicious food, and extremely comfortable beds in clean rooms. Overall, it was a great experience.

Unfortunately, my stay was a disappointment from start to finish - the pool was empty and no one informed me, there was no internet, the staff communication was poor, and the price was too high for what was offered.
