“Will never return to this hotel and will tell everyone I know who might be planning to stay about my experience there.”

The place could have been fine, but roaches made it a nightmare. I told the front desk, yet they seemed helpless. The insects made the stay filthy and uneasy, forcing me to buy roach spray. I’ll write to whoever can address this so future guests don’t suffer. I didn’t take photos at the time.

The phone and outlets in my room were dead. I called a week later about my deposit, and the front desk was rude, trying to rush me off the phone.
