The location, building, and bed comfort were solid, but the room service was really poor, expensive, and I was charged an extra 15€ for a room service order without being told beforehand.

The hotel is magnificent in every way, with a beautiful room and spacious bathroom, an ideal location, secure parking right next to the hotel, cozy sofa corners, and a restaurant inside a church; it’s beautiful, comfortable and original, and there’s nothing to report.

The hotel is stunning from the main lobby to the lounge and restaurant, making you feel like a celebrity just by walking in; the reception staff and food servers were friendly and fluent in both French and English, and having a secure parking spot nearby is a nice touch, plus a 12:00 checkout is a wonderful detail, yet the hotel is a quiet, safe spot, and walking around after dark feels like being transported to Central Africa.
