No one cleaned my room at all, and when I tried calling the front desk for help, no one answered. I was left to deal with a dirty room on my own.
The room had air conditioning and the staff were super attentive, but there was no hot water. Luckily I didn't need it.
They never cleaned our room, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper because nothing was stocked.
There was no shower, the room looked nothing like the photos, and the mini fridge and AC made a racket. Honestly, it wasn't worth the price.
