We found three cockroaches in our room, and the door from the bathroom to the bedroom was broken, so it wasn’t even isolated.

The area has an e‑mart, several convenience stores and good restaurants, and the breakfast spot offers great value, but the cleaning fell short this time: while the bedding was tidy, the floor hadn’t been swept, there was plenty of hair, and the mat in front of the bathroom seemed untouched.

The breakfast buffet was huge and great. Our room was large with comfortable beds, and we could do laundry and use the drying rack available in the room. When booking, the listing and photos did not show that the pool was closed, which was a disappointing surprise since we had chosen this hotel for the pool. It should have been a very beautiful hotel at its opening, but it unfortunately lacks maintenance (fading wallpaper, loose shower handle, shower glass full of limescale, black grout).
