The location is good and the pool is nice, but the service was appalling. The front‑desk clerk, who I felt was under 18, behaved like a small child. We had an ant infestation in the bathroom and on the bed; when we complained, she told us to leave and promised a refund, which was the most unhelpful response I’ve ever received. After a full day of flights and travel, we expected a reasonable solution, but she insisted we either deal with the ants or find another hotel.
