The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were good, but the location was lacking and the breakfast was better at other holiday inns.

Check‑in and check‑out were quick, but the beds were hard.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was in a good spot for motorway access, it was clean with decent parking, and it sat next to a Greene King pub that has a wacky warehouse attached; breakfast was good too. However, staying with two kids, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and filled the whole room.

The location was good and there’s a nice restaurant next door, and there’s nothing to complain about.
