I gotta say, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful - big shoutout to Mr. Yunus for going above and beyond to help me out with some issues. The location is also really convenient, close to the metro and all the essentials. That being said, I did notice a few things missing from my room at first, like the minibar (which they quickly sorted out) and the TV remote (though I didn't actually need it).

Honestly, everything about this place was great except for the parking - it was a bit of a pain.

The staff at this hotel were really helpful and welcoming - Mr. Iqbal at the front desk was particularly friendly and made an effort to make our stay comfortable. Everyone else I interacted with was good too.

The hotel was neat and clean, but the service was really slow and bad - that kinda ruined the experience for me.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel, the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Purna and his team, and Ms. Thiri and her team. However, I did have some issues with my room, it wasn't cleaned for a couple of days and I had to ask multiple times for basic supplies like toilet paper, clean towels, and drinks.
