Water and TV problems, food missing at night, and Wi‑Fi not working properly were positives, but overall the cost was better than expected, yet other aspects left me dissatisfied.

The surroundings were nice, but the room smelled awful, the pillow and bedsheets were full of mold, and there was no instant room service.

The view outside the room was beautiful, and the flora and fauna on the property were lovely, yet the service was poor, rooms weren't maintained, geysers malfunctioned, the toilet seat and flush were broken, there was no hospitality, frequent power cuts with no backup, no housekeeping, and no breakfast or lunch even after being asked.

It was a good place with nice staff, and everything was fine.
