Overall everything was great: staff were supremely friendly at every hotel touchpoint, service was exceptional from arrival, and I especially want to thank Any and Juan Valdez at the buffet café. A concierge was assigned who could be reached 24 hours, very diligent and attentive—my son fell ill and the handling was flawless. The rooms are very good, spacious and comfortable, like an apartment. The water park is a plus for families. The hotel is very clean and the staff care about it. The food is good, especially the steak and Asian restaurants; breakfasts are super complete. Hotel décor is lovely, spaces are wide and cozy, and there are good nighttime activities. One thing that could improve is extending the water park hours an extra hour in the afternoon to take advantage of the sun, which is very intense in Punta Cana. The food at the water park restaurant could also be better.
