The apartment is new, the bed is comfortable, and the location is quiet, but I would definitely add a fridge in the lounge where the coffee machine is, so you could also store fresh water, a couple of yoghurts, and improve the breakfast, which is quite basic; additionally, the fridge would allow guests to keep any medications.
