We stayed to drop off our daughter at Acquamotion for her birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a cake and candle at breakfast; she was thrilled. The staff were very polite and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The only downside was that the room wasn’t ready at check‑in, so we had to wait a little, but it wasn’t unreasonable.
