The hotel is spacious, clean, and quiet. There were a few mosquitoes in the room, haha.

Nothing positive. Upon arrival we were told it was a fan‑only room, the staff didn’t monitor check‑ins or check‑outs, and they claimed the shower was draining fine. One lady, after being touched for several minutes, became rude; when I asked if she could open the door for us, she said she couldn’t tell if we were guests or not 😑, which made the situation very bad and I don’t recommend it.

The area is clean and has parking. There is a lot of noise at night.
