The bed was comfortable and the view over Bouillon was nice, yet they completely forgot to mention the water reserves, which was annoying when we arrived by bike. On top of that, the description’s preachy tone about over‑consumption felt out of place.

Stunning view and a quiet setting; everything we needed was there. There was no shower, but we knew that beforehand and didn’t need one for a single night. Bouillon itself is a beautiful, tourist‑friendly town – overall a very pleasant stay.

Being out in nature was the only good part; everything else was a nightmare. The listing promised a private bathroom, yet there was no running water—just a tiny 3‑liter jug with a tap next to a bowl used as a sink, and the toilet was a basic bio‑toilet like you'd find in a camper. We only learned this after paying, and the details weren’t visible on the site, so we left immediately and are still fighting for a refund.
