The location is the main attraction: a minute’s walk from the nearest beach and far enough from the noisy commercial side for a quiet evening. The staff are very kind, helpful and always attentive. However, it isn’t the most comfortable place to dry beach clothes; the room is rather small and could use better equipment. In our case, the mini‑fridge still had leftovers from previous guests, showing it hadn’t been cleaned well, and the shower had tangled hairs, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the beach and the nightlife, and I highly recommend this spot. However, we never had hot water in the shower; they told us it had been over a month since they had hot water. Towels were changed every other day, but they didn’t mention that. They gave us very little information when we checked in.

The best part was the location; the hotel is super close to everything and on a quiet street, so there was no noise to disturb our sleep. Communication with the hotel was smooth and we felt very welcome. I don’t have any complaints; the shower water wasn’t very hot, but with the heat on the island that wasn’t a major issue.

Luiza was helpful and friendly, and the spot is great near the beach, entertainment, restaurants, and shops, and the A/C worked well. The bedroom had no windows, so there was no natural light, the space felt cramped, there was no privacy between rooms, and there was no common area—just rooms stuck together. Breakfast wasn’t offered. We were woken up at 6 am by construction next door, and no one told us or apologized. The listing says it is accessible, but it isn’t; the entrance is badly damaged. It would not have been allowed to operate if it were elsewhere. Also, the photos of the property are misleading because they don’t show its real condition; they should be removed and replaced with current images.
