The location was good, but the cleanliness was questionable; I had to switch rooms because the first one was almost unlivable, had no blackout curtains, impossible to sleep, and the ceilings were so low that I couldn't stand upright in the bathroom and elsewhere, plus flickering dirty lights. The second room was acceptable but had an incredible sewer smell and a non‑working vacuum. The price was excessive for what it offered.

I chose this hotel because the parking was advertised as available online. When I arrived, the parking was completely full and there was no space at all, which is unacceptable. Because of this, I had to leave my car at other parking lots like İSPARK every day, wasting extra time and money. If there is a chance the parking is full, you should inform customers clearly beforehand. Also, handing my car to hotel staff is not an acceptable solution for me; I don't want to leave my car with someone else. I chose this hotel specifically because parking was mentioned, but the reality was different, causing me to be a victim and incur extra costs. This does not align with a professional service mindset. I expect you to take my inconvenience and extra parking fees seriously and provide appropriate compensation.

“Goed”

Location and staff were top; any shortcomings were handled immediately by the team. We received torn towels, and new ones were provided right away. The sofa bed had cigarette burn spots; it wasn't completely clean, but it wasn't filthy either.
