The place sits beautifully by the river, framed by impressive cliffs, and the accommodation was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our meal in the covered restaurant overlooking the river was excellent, and hosts Andrew and Richard were very welcoming and entertaining. We’ll make a point of returning, detour or not. Absolutely nothing else, except the passing of time too quickly!

The location is fabulous and Andrew and Richard give a warm welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was great, and the evening meal was wonderful. Excellent value for money. It’s still our favourite B&B by far for overnight stops. Hope to stay again.

Rooms are tastefully decorated! The restaurant has a very British vibe, very pleasant above the Sioule, and the reception is very warm. The bathroom is very small.
