“Nice hotel, but get the "free Wi-Fi" clarified before going there.”

The room was nice and spacious, the hotel itself was well maintained, the breakfast was very good, and the shuttle service was excellent. However, check‑in was slow even though there was no line, the front desk staff seemed distracted by other tasks such as answering the phone, and they insisted that Wi‑Fi was only free for IGN members—this should be clarified in their advertising.
