Location central. The furnishings are outdated, curtains from the 70s, furniture except for the box‑spring bed and the newly renovated bathroom are all old. Underground parking costs 15 € per night (excessive). Breakfast offers a huge selection of packaged pastries, no scrambled eggs possible, no whole‑grain bread.

The hotel has solid facilities, a comfortable, clean, and spacious room, and a varied breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the location is close to Ortisei and other regional sights. They also provide a bus pass for the area.

“Despite this experience, we genuinely enjoyed many aspects of our stay and would otherwise have been very happy to recom”

We enjoyed a lovely stay here and overall had a great time. The spot was superb, breakfast was delicious, and our room was roomy, cozy, and perfect for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. However, last night someone opened our door with a physical key; the owner later told us her mother was checking the windows and had mistakenly opened it, then left quickly. We initially thought it was an honest mistake, but this morning at about 8am the housekeeper opened our door with a card key while I was showering and my husband was in the room, again without knocking or announcing. Two different people entering our room within roughly 12 hours using two different keys was unsettling and raised concerns about staff communication and procedures. We don’t think there was any ill intent and nothing was taken, but entering an occupied room without knocking is a serious privacy issue, especially when it happens twice so quickly. Thankfully nothing more serious happened, but we strongly urge the hotel to improve staff communication and clarify when and how rooms can be accessed.

“Views were amazing”

The property was very spacious and the host was pleasant and helpful, so I’d definitely stay again. I wasn’t upset, but it would have been nice to have tea, coffee, and maybe water facilities in the room for when you return from a walk.
