“Hier macht man vieles richtig!”
Our experience turned out to be very positive – the staff were warm and helpful, the room was large with a comfy bed and everything we needed, not luxurious but we hadn’t booked that anyway. They even had water jets not just on the beach but right by the room for rinsing feet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is fantastic; the beach stretch is one of the island’s most beautiful and always well‑kept, with a tiny island opposite that you can actually swim to, plus a vibrant, intact coral reef right in front of the hotel. It’s a 5‑10 minute walk to the Walking Street, yet mini‑markets and restaurants sit right at the property. In the off‑season it was very quiet and relaxed. The only tweak we’d suggest is adding a small broom in the room to deal with sand that inevitably drifts in.
