The location was good, and the ambience in the mail areas was fantastic, but the room decor was very modern Parker‑style furniture, which didn’t match the rest of the property. Some maintenance attention was needed.

The hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views of Granada, and every staff member—from the front desk to the bar and restaurants—was outstanding. It’s only a nine‑minute walk from the Alhambra, but because the property sits atop a steep hill, walking up isn’t advisable; a taxi or Uber is the better option. The bed, however, felt as hard as a rock, leaving me with little sleep, and the twin beds that were joined together left a noticeable seam where the sheets met.
