The resort was beautiful and family‑friendly, with very courteous staff. After a week of vacation, I tried the breakfast menu again, but unfortunately there was no buffet.

What stood out most about this hotel was the service; it was among the best my spouse and I have experienced at all‑inclusive resorts in Jamaica. It isn’t geared toward partygoers, but it’s ideal for a relaxing getaway where you and your spouse can enjoy your own time. That’s exactly what we wanted, and we had a great time. Big thanks to the general manager David, our butler, and the service staff! We’re a couple from room 207 who celebrated our anniversary this weekend. By the way, our AC stopped working, and within five minutes the service guy came and fixed it remotely; we had AC back in under 15 minutes. Excellent service! I would have preferred a buffet like a typical all‑in‑clusive, where I could choose and refuse what I wanted, but it didn’t bother me much—the dine‑in menu was good.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s an older retired couple’s hotel, not meant for younger people or a guys’ or girls’ trip. If you’re looking to party, don’t book here. The staff are wonderful, but it’s definitely a couple’s hotel… an older couple. I went there on a girls’ trip and made the best of it; the staff were awesome! But if you’re 55 or older and just want to be isolated with your spouse, this is the hotel for you ❤️❤️
