The location is great, but the coffee shop could offer more options.

The staff member Lourdes was very attentive.

Every time I visit, I want to stay here—it feels like home! I especially appreciate Lourdes’ attentive service at breakfast. Absolutely excellent! Everything is perfect.

We liked the warm welcome from everyone, especially Lourdes who serves breakfast; she’s a wonderful, charismatic professional who treats guests with affection and care. The only drawback was having to get out of the car at night to call a staff member to open the gate to the parking lot.

The location is good, but the room has no sound insulation, so street noise intrudes, the shower isn’t hot enough for a relatively cold city like Triunfo, and the breakfast includes low‑quality items such as margarine in the butter jar, which could mislead some guests.
