This hotel is excellent, with a spacious, cozy room that even gives you pajamas and slippers, a good breakfast, and a very convenient location; it’s the best of all the hotels I stayed at on my trip and I highly recommend it.

“Absolutely exceeded our expectations, a beautiful, comfortable hotel with great staff.”

The hotel far surpassed our expectations, feeling very luxurious and impeccably clean; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, the rooms—though not the largest—were manageable, beautifully designed, and well maintained, and the onsen’s temperature was just right, not as intense as others we’ve tried, making it very relaxing and easy to enjoy for a longer time; overall, we had a fantastic experience and were very impressed.

The room was comfortable and had enough space for luggage, but the breakfast was lacking a Japanese meal that should have been included.
