The two welcoming and pleasant people, Mariana and her colleague. The manager was completely unpleasant and not at all customer‑service oriented. Very dirty, the boat’s carpet was disgusting, horrible urine smells, non‑compliant electrical installations, it rained into the boat’s bed. After my complaint, we were offered a tent we wanted to give us for a few days even though we had booked the whole week. The site access gate was broken for two days, so it was unsafe. I asked for a commercial gesture regarding the price paid and the minimum quality, and I am still waiting for a response. We met people who were as unhappy as us. As a booking customer, what compensation can we expect? I do not recommend this place at all; seeing the photo on the site, we expected a much more pleasant surprise for my husband’s birthday.

“Muita coisa a melhorar”

The staff were super friendly and attentive when we had an issue. We rented a boat, but when we arrived it was clogged, the floor was soaked with water and smelled bad. We called the number listed on Booking, and the operator told us to speak with a staff member, so we went back again, trying to explain what had happened. She said it wasn't her responsibility, but the same person we spoke to on the phone; I called twice more and she still didn't answer, but my partner’s phone finally got through. In the end we stayed in the bungalow; at night mosquitoes were a problem (normal for the area). In the morning the heat was intense, and the only fan was small, which actually made the bungalow warmer. The bathrooms are separate from the showers; there are three shower cabins, but only one works normally. The middle one has no doors or curtains, the last one only has hot water, its cold water valve is broken, and the other one doesn’t work properly. The dining area’s cabinets are all dirty and poorly organized, with little dishware—obviously some guests don’t keep things tidy. Finally, there are two jacuzzis right in front of the dining area, which seems poorly placed; people who want privacy have to leave the diners behind, and vice versa.

There was a lot of noise at night from dogs barking all night, the shops were okay, the bathroom was bad, and the showers were worse.

The boat itself was great—comfortable bed, good interior lighting, and appliances like a microwave and electric stove. The water was very calm, so the boat barely moved. Parking was close to the boat access. It was a very pleasant experience I want to repeat. However, there was no water for hand washing, no utensils for meals, and the second bed only fits a child; an adult would have to sleep sideways. They could consider changing the triangular bed layout.
