I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, they cancelled my booking after I'd already confirmed it. I was left scrambling to find a new place to stay at short notice. It's a shame, because I'd heard good things about the hotel. Maybe it was just a one-off mistake, but it was frustrating nonetheless.

We were a bit miffed when we turned up for breakfast and were told they'd run out of food. The staff apologised and offered us tea, which was a nice touch, but we were still expecting a proper meal. On the plus side, the breakfast that was available was actually pretty decent, so I guess you could say we got lucky.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the facilities were top-notch, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and it really made our stay special. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
