The spot was in a quiet part of town and close to the mall, which was a plus. But the room meant for two was cramped, had no wardrobe or even hooks, and the shower was awful. It turned out to be the priciest place we stayed in Chile, and the lack of basic amenities made it feel like a waste. The only redeeming factor was the convenient location.

The staff were attentive, but the price didn't match the quality. The bathroom was tiny, the shower leaked out of the enclosure, and a nasty pipe smell seeped into the room.

Breakfast was generous, service great, laundry and parking available, room comfy with AC and decent bathroom, just two steps from the mall. The only downside was the lack of a dresser or hangers to store clothes.
