Perfectly situated near all the places I wanted to visit
The staff at this hotel, particularly Candace, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort

The hotel's central location comes with a price, and I found the surrounding area to be quite busy and noisy

Nothing good. Everything bad.
“Horrible experience that location should be shut down”
No positives, just a lot of cockroaches. They called the police on me when I complained about the bugs, and took my money at 8:00 am. Horrible experience.
“We cancelled the reservation”
The place is well situated and the staff were friendly, but the pet fee was too high.
“It was ok im just tired”
The place was okay.
“Pretty much satisfied our in and out needs for this travel.”
The front desk staff were very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast, the bathroom, and the beds and pillows were perfect for our group and travel schedule. The overall aged look and feel of the facility and room were a drawback, and the entryway gave me a clear sense of what to expect. I wonder how many parties the furnishings and flooring have seen.
