“A disappointment despite a few good points”

The shower had hot water, the poached eggs were great, the toilet flushes well, and the mosquito net is good. The room is very small, the TV is non‑functional with a weak signal behind the mosquito net, making it hard to see. The sports bar nearby is very noisy and disturbs late into the night. There is no water by the toilet, no light over the shaving mirror, and the mirror is too low. There is no shelf for toothbrushes, no sink stopper, a strange pivoting mirror attached to a cupboard, no fan, and no A/C.

“Very Good Value when using Booking, with Great Food!”

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Derrick, who showed us various room options and checked us in. The room itself was great, with a fantastic mosquito net and a comfortable bed, along with a nice hot shower in the wet bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed eating dinner there as well, with reasonable prices and great service from the dining staff.

I was impressed by the hotel's landscaping and external facade, which created a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the normal service was a bit of a letdown, as it was classified as chargeable room service, which wasn't what I expected.

To be honest, I didn't have any complaints about this hotel - everything was just perfect. The staff, the rooms, the amenities - all top-notch.
