The view of the area is decent, and the staff are serious and very friendly, but the problem isn’t them; it’s the lack of investment. The layout is half‑Margareta. Total mess, like post‑war. Trash everywhere, dirty bar/kitchen area, pool, green water, no wardrobe, no locker, no mirror, nothing. You won’t feel inspired to eat or bathe in that pool.

It was close to the Danube, so I could fish. The air conditioning was set too high and either controlled by staff or turned off. The rooms and bathroom were much uglier than the photos on booking. The sheets and towels were very stained. There was no soap or mirror in the bathroom, and the pool water was dirty.

The location itself is absolutely beautiful, with three swimming pools, relaxing areas, and access to the Danube river. The setting is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation because I was allocated two of the basic rooms intended for fishing guests rather than the luxury rooms I had booked and expected. Last year, I stayed at this property and was very satisfied with the luxury rooms I was given. At that time, we were informed that there were separate rooms for fishing guests and approximately 5–6 luxury rooms available for guests, with different prices depending on the type of accommodation. This year, I made a 10‑day reservation and paid the higher price specifically expecting the same type of luxury accommodation. I was therefore extremely disappointed to discover that I had been allocated the basic fishing rooms instead. In my opinion, the accommodation options should be clearly specified to avoid misunderstandings. For example, the property could clearly indicate which rooms are intended for fishing guests at approximately RON 3,400 for 10 days and which rooms are the luxury category at approximately RON 5,200 for 10 days. I believe that guests should receive the type and standard of accommodation they have paid for and that the room categories and prices should be clearly presented. The location is excellent, but unfortunately the accommodation allocation and lack of clarity regarding the different room categories made this experience very disappointing.

The location by the beautiful blue Danube is great, and the room is clean with air conditioning. There are no conveniences like a kettle for water; the only option is to buy drinks at the bar. Also, the shower drain in the room was clogged.
