The place is gorgeous, with a very tasteful design and style, attention to every detail. Yurany’s service was excellent; she’s energetic, helpful, and cooperative. I’d recommend better signage to find the spot—when we arrived we had no way to communicate, making walking access difficult. Also, before entering there was a lot of trash; although those areas belong to other owners, it’s unpleasant to see so many conditions on arrival.

The ocean views and hotel facilities are amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. However, it's pretty disappointing to see the property surrounded by so much trash - it's a real shame. And if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for loud music from across the bay that can be heard all night. Overall, it's a mixed bag - great positives, but some significant negatives.
