“Solid location, comfortable room, coffeeshop in the lobby, quiet”
The room sat a little away from the main tourist spots, which made it quiet. It wasn’t far from the RER station that leads to a metro hub, so it was convenient, and the bus service was good. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was not tiny, unlike many other places. The A/C was great. Across the street was a cute brasserie and another one around the corner with a resident dog and cat; both had lovely owners and good food. The location was only okay. The advantage was the quiet area without too many tourists, but there was no nightlife nearby. Some people might like that, but it can be inconvenient if you want to head out for an easy evening after touring. The neighborhood is fine, just not the “charming” area with bustling nightlife that some travelers want in Paris.
