The view is amazing, you can see the giraffes right away 🦒, and I definitely plan to return. The room is comfortable, the service is excellent, and they give you passes to several attractions that let you enter as many times as you want; you can start touring the zoo an hour before opening and stay two hours after closing, practically owning the zoo. They also offer a personal cart tour. We had a fantastic time and recommend them 100% – Mary Cruz Longoria 07/21/2026. The desserts were damaged, though.
